Refund Policy

Indatos Technologies offers 100% guarantee on quality of products and services we deliver. In case you find any issue with product, we are always ready to help.

We assume that user understands what product he is buying online. No cancellations/refunds are allowed for digital downloadable goods, plugins, tech support services provided from our site. In any exceptional circumstances, if any occur, for the product we deliver; it is at our discretion to honor a refund request.

No refund request shall be entertained for any incompatibility issues with your server environment, lack of any feature which we do not claim to offer/provide by that product/service, when buyer changes his mind after buying/ordering the product/service.

No refund in terms of exchange of product is allowed. However for a paid service which is not consumed yet, can be exchanged with any other service (of equivalent or high price value) that we provide. In case of exchange of services, buyer will need to pay the any extra outstanding towards the services if he opt for service of high price value.
